George Pickens lived up to his status as one of the biggest “crashouts” in the NFL early in his Dallas Cowboys debut — costing his team big against the Philadelphia Eagles in the regular season kickoff.
With Dallas trailing 20-24, the Cowboys were in prime position to retake the lead after a rush to Philadelphia’s eight-yard line — until Pickens did his best WWE impression, practically clotheslining Eagles S Rodrigo Blankenship to draw an unnecessary roughness penalty.

From his attempts to avoid media obligations to his lack of effort in game-changing plays, Pickens’ off- and on-the-field immaturity was a constant distraction in Pittsburgh — which is why the Steelers practically dealt him at a discount.
With just 15 receiving yards in the first half, Pickens is clearly beginning to lose his cool — the first of many potential crashouts awaiting the former Steelers wideout.
